Air Space Malaysia accepts payment in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only.
Our payment gateway is Razorpay (formerly MOLPay), with these options:

Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

E-wallet (TNG, Boost, GrabPay, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) — limited areas in West Malaysia only
For your security, we only accept payments through the Razorpay checkout. Any other payment method will not be entertained.
ONLINE PAYMENT
1) Credit/Debit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Select the corresponding option at checkout.
2) Online Banking (FPX)
Pay via major local banks affiliated with FPX/MEPS (for customers in Malaysia).
3) E-wallet
Pay with popular e-wallets such as TNG, Boost, GrabPay, and more (as listed in Razorpay).
OFFLINE PAYMENT
1) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available only in selected West Malaysia locations.

Order limit: up to RM2,000 per order.

Not available for East Malaysia and Singapore (orders using COD to these regions will be cancelled).

If a customer refuses COD parcels more than twice, the COD option will be suspended.
FAQ
1. Can I change my payment method?
No. Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed (including from offline to online).
2. I cannot proceed to pay / payment failed
You can retry payment within 10 minutes. After that, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Common causes include dropped connections or card rejection. If it still fails after several attempts, screenshot the error and contact us.
3. My payment was declined — what should I do?
Please place a new order and try again.
Before resubmitting, ensure your card details are correct or contact your issuing bank to check why the payment was declined.
4. What if I miss the payment deadline?
The order will be automatically cancelled. You’ll need to place a new order.
5. How long does payment verification take?

Card / Online Banking / E-wallet: Instant.

We do not support manual ATM or bank-to-bank transfers via our checkout.
6. How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email after successful payment. You can also check Member Centre (My Account) or contact us.
7. Do prices include tax?
Prices include Sales & Service Tax (SST) where applicable. Customs duty/import fees (if any) are not included.
