GENERAL:
Offer is only valid in a single order/transaction. Combining orders for the same promotion is strictly not allowed. All items are on a first-come-first-serve basis while stocks last. In the event that your item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. Please ensure the total price matches the promotional offer before proceeding with payment. Once payment has been made, it is deemed that you have agreed to the paid price, and no adjustment will be allowed. Returnable items will be refunded based on the promotional price and are subject to the Return Policy. If we identify any fraudulent, dishonest, or misuse of discount codes and/or promotions, we reserve the right to take necessary measures such as suspending or removing the user account, any linked accounts, or forfeiting reward points accumulated from related orders under the membership without further notice.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP):
All free gifts are on a first-come-first-serve basis while stocks last. To qualify for a GWP, the customer’s cart must meet the required conditions. Free gifts are limited to one per order and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, discounts, or other gifts. No exchange or refund will be issued for free gifts that arrive damaged. Returns and refunds for orders with free gifts will follow the Return Policy.
PROMO CODE:
Promo codes are non-transferable and can only be used once per account. They cannot be used together with reward credits or vouchers unless otherwise stated. Each promo code must be used in one transaction only; any remaining balance will not be reinstated or refunded. Promo codes are valid only when entered manually during checkout. No refunds will be made for orders where promo codes were not entered at the time of purchase. Once redeemed, promo codes cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
REWARD POINTS:
They are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred, bought, sold, or traded. Reward points cannot be used together with other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated. You can check your reward points in your member account. In case of any inconsistency between the points reflected in your account and our internal record, the latter shall prevail. Each batch of reward points may have different effective and expiry dates and must be used before expiry. Any unused reward points after their expiry date will be deemed invalid and cannot be renewed. Once used, reward points are non-refundable. For returned orders/items, only the amount actually paid will be refunded; used reward points will not be reinstated.
