We offer free shipping for orders above RM250. This is our standard long-term shipping policy. In the event of any special shipping promotions, the promotional rates and terms at that time will take precedence.
Order preparation takes 1–3 working days, and the estimated delivery time to Singapore is approximately 5–10 working days.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been paid and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can click the tracking link provided in the email to view your parcel’s delivery status.
3. What payment methods are available? And what is the currency exchange rate?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit Cards for Singaporean customers.
All transactions are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The displayed amount in SGD is only an estimate — the exact charge depends on your card issuer’s exchange rate on the billing date.
A minor difference (less than 1%) may occur, as the exchange rate is determined by your bank, not AIR SPACE.
4. How can I return or exchange an item?
Singaporean customers can return items within 30 days (counted from the delivery date) to our Singapore downtown return hub, without the need for international return shipping.
After your item(s) pass our quality check (QC), a refund credit will be issued to your AIR SPACE account.
5. Do prices include taxes and customs?
Prices displayed include sales tax but exclude customs fees.
Orders below SGD 400 are generally not subject to customs charges.
If customs fees apply, our logistics partner Ninja Van will contact you directly for payment before final delivery.
In the case where tax is required but you choose not to pay it and the parcel is returned to us, we will not be responsible for issuing a refund.
6. Can I try on items in a physical store in Singapore?
Currently, AIR SPACE has physical stores in Taiwan and Kuala Lumpur.
