Every 100 reward points equals RM1 off your purchase.

 

Step 2 – Start Shopping & Earning
Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent — every purchase brings you closer to your next tier and more rewards!

 

Step 3 – Upgrade Your Tier
VIP Member : Spend RM450 in a single purchase or RM800 within a year
VVIP Member : Spend RM900 in a single purchase or RM1,400 within a year

IN-STORE & ONLINE MEMBERSHIP INTEGRATION

You can now earn and use Reward Points both in-store and online.
When you use the same email or phone number, the system will automatically merge your in-store and online accounts. No extra activation required.

Points and discounts are shared across both platforms.

In-store spending counts toward your membership tier.

In-store and online campaigns will usually run simultaneously, but exclusive events may vary. Please refer to store signage or website announcements for updates.

 

REWARD POINTS

How to Earn Points

Points are earned for every purchase made directly on https://www.airspaceonline.com/

Points are calculated based on the final payable amount, excluding discount codes and Reward Credits.

Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined across accounts.

Points used or redeemed will not be reinstated, refunded, or credited back to your account.

If you wish to redeem your points in advance after receiving your items, you can go to Member Center → My Order → Claim Reward Points.

Please note that once you click the "Claim Reward Points" button, the order will be considered closed, and you will no longer be able to apply for a return or refund afterward.

 

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

Redeem your points directly on the checkout page.

You will see your available points displayed at checkout.

Enter the number of points you wish to use — the deduction will appear instantly on your subtotal.

Points used are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR POINTS

Log in to your member account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Points and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or traded in any form.
2. You may check your points anytime via your online account.
3. In case of discrepancies between your account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail.
4. Points earned and/or redeemed will be updated within a reasonable time after purchase.
5. Points are not earned on orders made with discount codes or Reward Credits.
6. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, any points earned will be deducted accordingly.
7. Rewards cannot be used with other discount codes or promotions unless stated otherwise.
8. Membership may be suspended if a customer refuses COD parcels more than three times.
9. AIR SPACE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or cancel the membership program at any time.
10. Any updates or changes will take effect once published on the website.
11. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

BIRTHDAY REWARDS

Birthday rewards will be credited into your member account on the first day of your birthday month.
No rewards will be given if your profile information is incomplete before your birthday month.

 

MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY & RENEWAL

Membership is valid for one year from the date you unlock your tier.

To maintain your status, you must meet the minimum annual spend required for your tier.

Upon renewal, you may also earn extra reward points if you meet the spending threshold:
    VIP Member : Spend RM400/year → earn 3,000 points
    VVIP Member : Spend RM700/year → earn 6,000 points

 

TIER DOWNGRADE

General Member : Never expires.

VIP Member : Will be downgraded to General if total spend does not reach RM600 within 12 months.

VVIP Member : Will be downgraded to VIP or General if total spend does not reach RM1,000 within 12 months.

You will not lose your accumulated points. Once you meet the minimum spend again, your tier will be upgraded automatically.

 

POINT REDEMPTION DOES NOT AFFECT TIER

Redeeming your points will not affect your membership tier.
Tier status depends only on your accumulated annual spending.
