We deliver all orders via our courier partners to standard addresses. Shipping rates and time frames are as below:

This is our standard long-term shipping policy. In the event of any special shipping promotions, the promotional rates and terms at that time will take precedence.

  • We are only able to deliver to one address per order. To deliver to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address. Kindly note that combining multiple orders into one shipment is not possible.
  • Please check the status of your order via the online tracker once you have received the tracking information for your parcel. Allow at least 12 hours for the tracking number to be processed and reflected in the tracking system.
  • Upon delivery, you may be requested to provide a signature or photo by the courier personnel to validate receipt of the parcel. Please inspect the parcel packaging and ensure that the seal is not damaged or opened before signing. If the seal is found to be broken, you may take a photo of the packaging and refuse delivery. Please contact us afterward, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Due to the impact of the epidemic, most condos, flats, office buildings, or other locations with security/reception counters do not allow courier personnel to enter. Therefore, customers should be aware of delivery restrictions in their area, as parcels may be delivered to the security or reception counter.
  • If your parcel is not received but the delivery status is updated as “Delivered” and signed, please report it to us within 14 days from the date of the “Successful Delivery.” Otherwise, we will be unable to accommodate any claims made thereafter.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER/PARCEL?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification via email and the member center. You can then check the delivery status through the online tracker.

Please note that the estimated delivery date is not the actual delivery date. The actual date depends on the courier company's arrangement.

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS — HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes. You may contact the respective courier company for assistance.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can help update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as you realize the error so that we can check whether it can be updated before dispatch.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE'S A DELAY IN DELIVERY?

We're sorry your parcel has been delayed. While there may be a delay in delivery, no action is needed on your end. You may continue tracking your parcel via the online tracker.

However, please contact us if there has been no delivery update for 3 days or more.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISSED THE DELIVERY?

Depending on the courier company, your delivery may be rescheduled to the next 1–3 working days. You may also contact the courier company directly to arrange a redelivery by providing your tracking number.

※ Note : We are unable to arrange redelivery once the parcel has been returned to us. Kindly check the delivery status through the online tracker once you have received the tracking information.

CAN I REQUEST DELIVERY ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

Unfortunately, we are not able to specify the delivery date or time. The delivery schedule is fully managed by the courier company. You may contact them directly if you wish to expedite your delivery.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE URGENT DELIVERY?

Sorry! We do not provide urgent delivery, even if you are willing to pay extra.

It will take at least 4–6 working days for us to process and deliver your order. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your order at least one week in advance.

 

CAN I SELF-COLLECT OR ASSIGN MY OWN COURIER?

We do not provide self-collection, as our warehouse is a private facility. This policy also protects both our warehouse team and customers. All orders — including COD — will be delivered by our designated courier companies. In the event of any parcel issue, this ensures we have proper evidence to hold the courier company accountable.

We work with multiple courier partners to ensure timely delivery; therefore, we are unable to assign a preferred courier for individual orders.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, MILITARY ADDRESSES, OR PARCEL LOCKERS?

Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or parcel lockers. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete home or business address.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

For the Malaysia official website (this page), we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore.
However, you may visit our HQ/Global website to check if we deliver to your location.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM DUTY OR IMPORT TAX?

International shipping may incur custom duties or import taxes, which are payable by the recipient. Unfortunately, these charges are randomly applied by local customs authorities.
