Q1: What is a pre-order?

Some of our most popular styles are available for pre-order.
Pre-ordering allows you to secure your favourite items in advance, even while they are still in production.

Q2: How can I identify pre-order items?

On the product page, pre-order items will have a pink highlight above the SKU showing the estimated shipping date.
At checkout, a pre-order notice will appear in your shopping cart as a reminder.

Q3: Can I return pre-order items?

Yes.
Pre-order items follow the same 30-day return policy as ready-stock items, starting from the day you receive your parcel.

Q4: What happens if I order ready-stock and pre-order items together?

Your order will be shipped only after all items are ready.
If you need ready-stock items urgently, we recommend placing a separate order.

Q5: Will pre-order customers receive their items before general release? Will you ship my pre order items before you let other people purchase this same design ?

Yes.
Pre-orders are shipped first once items arrive at our hub.
Remaining stock will only be released for general purchase after all pre-orders are fulfilled.

Q6: Can you ship pre-order and ready-stock items separately if they are in the same order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split shipments manually.
Please place separate orders if you require separate deliveries.
If the order was placed by mistake, you may cancel and reorder.
