If another customer completes a purchase first, the product will be marked as “Sold Out.”
Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
A transaction is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
After order confirmation, changes to product specifications, size, color, or shipping address cannot be made.
If the order is not yet in “Preparing for Shipment” status, you may cancel and place a new order.
If an item cannot be shipped due to special circumstances, the Company may cancel that item and ship the remaining ones.
Customers will be notified via email if a shortage or cancellation occurs.
Shipping fees are not included in product prices.
If a promotion offers free shipping and the conditions are no longer met after partial returns,
the corresponding shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items may be returned within 45 days from the shipment date, provided that they remain unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once incurred.

as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
