Bonus Points Terms & Conditions

AIR SPACE offers an exclusive bonus point system for members.
Points can be earned through purchases and selected promotions, and redeemed as shopping credits at checkout.

• Point Value : 100 Points = 1 USD

 

 

• Redemption Rules
  1. No maximum limit per redemption.
  2. Points can only be applied to product prices (not shipping fees). Redeemed points are proportionally allocated across all items in the order.
  3. Validity period of earned points :
     SVIP : 1 year    VIP：1 year    Regular Member : 6 months
  （※All memberships will be unified to 6 months from 2026 onward）
  4. Points are non-convertible to cash or coupons.
  5. If an order paid with points is returned, points will be refunded with the original expiration date.
  6. Points earned from joining gifts, first-purchase gifts, social media campaigns, or giveaways are non-refundable if the order is returned.
  7. As points are automatically distributed across items, partial returns will only refund the corresponding points.
  8. Renewal/upgrade and birthday bonus points are granted on the 1st of each month, valid for 30 days.
     （Renewal/upgrade bonuses apply to members qualified in the previous month, birthday points to members whose birthday falls in that month.）

※Additional Notes

• Returned amounts are not counted toward accumulated spending.
• VIP/SVIP membership is valid for 1 year from activation; renewal is applied from the following year if eligible.
• VIP members who reach SVIP requirements will be automatically upgraded the next day (valid for 1 year).
• Spending amounts are combined across online and physical stores.
• In-store spending is reflected the next day.
• Online spending and bonus points become valid on the 21st day after shipping (if no returns occur).
• Orders containing pre-order items will be counted only after full shipment, then 20 days later (effective on the 21st day).
• Please ensure accurate member information to avoid losing benefits.

 

AIR SPACE reserves the right to modify or update the membership policy. Changes will take effect once announced on the official website.
